OAHU, HAWAII — ACTIVE YEARS (TBD) – PRESENT (brand now "E&L")

Furukawa is the work of Eric Furukawa, a maker who is still active today under the brand name "E&L." In earlier years his lures simply went by "Furukawa," which is how older pieces are known — collectors and longtime fishermen may recognize the same hand behind both names.

As a museum and archive, we're glad to document Eric Furukawa, whose work spans the "Furukawa" name of years past and the "E&L" brand he makes under today.
