OAHU, HAWAII — BRIEF PRODUCTION RUN

Damage Inc. was the short-lived lure line of Kyle Yamada, who made lures for a brief period before selling the operation to POP Fishing & Marine, the longtime Honolulu tackle shop. Because Yamada's own run was short, genuine Damage Inc. pieces from that era are correspondingly uncommon.

As a museum and archive, we're glad to document Kyle Yamada and Damage Inc., a brief but real chapter in Oʻahu lure making.
