This lure was created by Steven Kegley (KEGZ) from Oahu, Hawai'i. KEGZ is the grandson of Joe Yee. KEGZ is keeping the tradition alive by using the same techniques, materials, and molds from the original Joe Yees, crafting them in the same workshop Joe did.
