Hand-crafted 9" trolling lure head by the late Burt Saito from Oahu, Hawai'i. Mitsuo lures are regarded as some of the most sought-after, effective lures ever made — this head is a quadruple pour with a hand-cut scaled insert. Lures ran smaller back then, so this is considered a modern-day small 9".
