Blue tint resin hat over a paua shell insert, brass tubing labeled Gary Eoff — likely from when he split off on his own for a time. The original Ruckus shape, which has changed drastically over the years. Rigged to IGFA specs — BOM 602 skirt.
Vintage yet new, from our collection of out-of-production heads — one of the eyes shows a touch of paint.
